Slides Don't Work In Review 360
Hi!
I am sending out a project and my reviewers are running into difficulties moving past certain slides that DO work perfectly in my User Preview in Storyline. I have uploaded the problem scene below. My reviewer is not able to move on from 1.11. You'll notice it is supposed to branch.
Is there something I need to do to fix this, or is this a Review360 bug...?

Also-there is a "Role" layer on the first slide that appears in my Preview that does not show up in Review. The "Role" layer has variables that determine the outcome of slide 1.11.

Hi StefanieKirs743 I haven't experienced the issues you have mentioned and so it might be browser related. I'm using Chrome on Win11.

For the branching, I noticed that the table of content is open to navigate when you first start the module. Is it possible some reviewers are by-passing sections of the course and have not completed the slide that requires them to enter their name and select their role.
I would recommend setting the table of contents to restricted, so that the navigation is forced linear the first time the user completes the content. This will prevent users from jumping ahead without entering their name or selecting their role.
If I jump ahead without selecting a role, nothing will happen when I select the "Finish" button.

SamHillit's already restricted. Maybe in the snip I sent that didn't carry over, but in the actual project itself it is already restricted. Also my reviewers are using Chrome so I don't think the browser is the issue....anything else it could be?

Hi StefanieKirs743 I don't thinks this is related to your issues, but just a tip. When you have buttons that should be mutually exclusive (only one selected), you can select all buttons that are part of the set, for example "Driver" and "Leadership", then right click on the edge of one of the buttons, and then select "Button Set > Button Set 1". This ensures that only one button is in a "selected" state at any time. Currently, I can select both buttons and they appear selected. Also, use the format painter to copy the format from the "Driver" button to the "Leadership" button, as the selected state is not visible when hovering on "Leadership".
