Slides look different from slide master
Hi all,
I've made a slide master which has tabs,
The shapes I've used to make my tabs are perfectly aligned in the slide master and look fine when I'm editing my slides. However when I preview slides or publish content to Review 360, the slides appear misaligned/different sizes.
Screenshots of examples attached. I've also attached a story with a sample of one of my tab slide masters and sample slide.
Any insights into why this is happening appreciated - it's obviously ruining the look of my whole story.
Hi Michelle!
Thank you so much for sharing your project with us! I am also noticing when publishing your course to Review 360 that the shape right below the "Common Steps" shape is shifting back-and-forth when resizing the browser window. I'm going to report this to my team so we can take a look and determine what the fix is. I also wanted to cover a quick workaround, so I recorded a short demo.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions!
After checking with my team, we weren't able to recreate the issue. I built the same setup in a new Storyline 360 project and published it to Review 360. The shape isn't shifting in the new project. Have you tried building this same setup in a new project as well?

Hi Lauren,
Thanks for your responses on this.
TBH I don't really have time right now to rebuild in a new project, as I'm the final stages on a large project (where this issue presented itself). I think your suggested workaround of using states rather than additional shapes to create the tab look I'm going for might work though. The text ends of a little out of alignment with the other tabs, but I might be able to adjust that.
Thanks again,
Michelle
