    Sorry to hear you're having trouble publishing a Rise 360 course to PDF!

    I see that you've also opened a support case being handled by my teammate, Angelo. As he shared, we recently shipped a fix for a Rise 360 bug. This bug caused:

     

    • Publishing to PDF gets stuck if a PDF file is embedded within an iframe.

     

    However, if you are still experiencing this issue, and clearing your browser's cache doesn't help, please reconnect with Angelo through your case.
