Source File Extraction Failed
I am trying out the AI in Rise and anytime I try uploading either a PPT or a Word document, I get the "Source file extraction failed" error. See pic below.
Any suggestions?
Was this problem ever solved? I am having the same issue. I have cut total slides in the PPT to only 13 and still receiving the extraction error.

This behavior has more to do with the file being uploaded than with the actual feature. I'm happy to check if anything in your PowerPoint file could be causing the reported error. Would you be willing to share a copy of your PowerPoint file here or privately by opening a support case so we can test it? We'll delete it when we're done!
