Speed control in the player -Storyline
Hi Karl,
Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag.
Can I ask if you changed the font that your Player uses to a custom font? If so, can you try switching it back to Open Sans or Lato to see if this helps address the issue?
If you haven't made any changes to the Player fonts, try repairing your Storyline 360 installation instead. Let us know if this works for you!

Hi Jose
thank for your help;
I tried to change the both fonts (the player and the sub titles) in the
player but still the same.
I tried it with lato and open sans... see first screen shot
If i create a new file from scratch in storyline, by default the player is
in lato (for both fonts) and the speed info is correct : see 2nd screenshot

a new file in storyline with the speed fonts ok :

thanks a lot

try:
- switch in the "Player Properties" > "Aa Text Labels" to any other language
- save the story file, reopen it
- switch back to the original language
important: if you had special custom texts, they will be lost in the process
