Start of audio files not being picked up

I know this is over 2 years old, but I've had this same issue and narrowed it down to the wireless headset I was using to listen to audio during testing and publishing. I think it saves power by shutting off in between audio signals, which can cause a slight delay once a new bit of audio starts playing.
Thanks for leaving that note, Sam... I had the same problem today, and I immediately checked to see if someone in the community had an answer! It was indeed the wireless headphones...
