Starting a 2nd screen recording whilst the first one saves

I need to complete several simulations tomorrow, which all need to be done on 1 laptop. Can you begin a 2nd screen recording whilst the first is still saving please? I know this will likely...
The theory is good. You can open another project (what computer people call an second instance) and they run on your laptop like two separate apps. The only problem I foresee is that if they stress your machine’s capabilities, there could be a gap in the recording. You’ll just have to try it, and hopefully, it goes well for you.
