Starting with text to speech with sound off as default

I have text to voice narration, which works really well.
However, I would like the each scene to start with volume off as default, with the learnin...
You could set up a trigger initially as a toggle. Then, on subsequent pages, if it is ON, play audio. If it is OFF, don't play audio. No need for buttons on every page.
