It sounds like the triggers in your Storyline course aren't functioning after publishing to video. Sorry to hear that, but I'd be happy to assist!
It would be helpful to take a closer look at the .story file you've built out so far and test the behavior on our end. If you're comfortable, you can share it here in the discussion or privately through a support case.
