State of Drag and drop objects does NOT change when Drag& Drop question is placed in Question Bank
Hi all, I created a really simple Drag&Drop question.
The uses has to drag 2 Post-it notes to a square.
This question on one dia works perfect.
When I copy this question to a question bank, suddenly the state of the Post-it notes is NOT changing anymore (become smaller) once dropped on the drop square...
In the attached file you will find twice the same question as mentioned. One time stand alone, the other time put inside a question bank....
Please help!
Kind regards, Nicole

I changed the number of (question) attempts to '1'.
So the question in the Question Bank, and the 'Stand Alone' question are directly beyond each other... makes it easier/faster to have a quick look :).
Hello Nicole,
Thanks for reaching out!
I tested your course on my end and I was able to observe the shapes correctly change states in the question slide inside the question bank. Please check the screenshot below for your reference:
I didn't change anything with how the slide was configured, but as a troubleshooting step, would you mind toggling this option to see if doing so works for you? To change this setting, click on Question Tools Design -> Drag and Drop Options.
If the issue persists, try doing a repair of your Storyline 360 installation.
Let me know how it goes!

Hello Joe, downsizing after drop still NOT working, see PrintScreen. Attached a file with only 1 question in the question bank, the drag and drop file. Kind regards, Nicole

Hi Nicole,
Thanks for reporting this in a support case as well. That behavior does sound strange and is a good troubleshooting opportunity for our Support team! I see that Mcgem applied a workaround and assigned a Dropped Incorrect state for the Red Rectangle object.
I encourage you to continue troubleshooting with him to shed light on the problem with question banks. Please let me know if you have any questions!
