States missing for my characters in SL360
I noticed that the expressions in the states tab are missing for my characters in storyline 360.
Anyone knows how to solve this?

Thanks for reaching out! Here are some troubleshooting steps that you can try to address the behavior:
- Import your project slides to a new Storyline 360 project file to see if this restores the preview of the states of your characters.
- Recreate the character by deleting the existing one and replacing it with a new insert from the Content Library
- Make sure that you are working locally to minimize the risk of corrupted data in your project file
Additionally, you can do a repair of your Storyline 360 installation to see if this helps. If the issue persists, reach out to our support team by opening a case so we can take a look at what's happening.
