Storyline 3 not opening Keyboard Shortcut (Shift+?) when using JAWS

Has this issue ever been addressed or fixed from three years ago? Using Storyline 360 and published to an LMS (keyboard shortcut is turned on under Settings), such as SCORM Cloud and using JAWS, selecting "SHIFT+F" does not produce the shortcut list, even though your documentation clearly states that "Learners can press Shift+? at any time to see a list of keyboard shortcuts".

    Thanks so much for following up on this!

    You’re correct; our documentation on accessible player controls states that learners can press Shift+? to see a list of keyboard shortcuts. As my teammate, John, stated above, the keyboard shortcut list was designed for mobility accessibility rather than screen readers. We’ve found a workaround for NVDA, but not yet JAWS, so unfortunately, I don’t have any news at this time. I'll certainly share your feedback with our developers, as it’s helpful to hear how these tools directly impact our customers.
