Storyline 360 - images not rotated on publish
Hi Jose,
Thank you for trying but as I said in my posts, this doesn't happen with every image nor does it happen only in markers. It's happening with images from different sources - some taken by SMEs using iPhones, some images whose source I don't know because they were older and exported from an older project. This is happening in more than one project using different base templates. It happens on images inserted onto slides directly (e.g., not in markers). BUT it's all RANDOM. Not all images that are rotated do this and I can't find any link between the ones that do and the ones that don't. So far I've found issues with SOME images in three separate projects. All three of them have different origins/base templates and they're all for different clients.
Unfortunately, also as I said in my original post, I can't share my project files for these clients. They're all covered under NDAs. The one image I shared was with the client's permission for that one image. They won't give permission for me to share the base files.
I was truly trying to see if this was an issue anyone else was experiencing. It seems it's not so I'll keep doing my best troubleshooting. If all else fails, I have to manipulate the images in an outside image program (like Photoshop or even saving out of a PowerPoint file with the image already rotated) and then import back into Storyline. It's frustratingly slow but I have no other workaround.

Hi LeahHemeon,
Thanks for the additional information. I know how frustrating it is to troubleshoot something that happens randomly. If you notice the issue happening more frequently, please feel free to open a case with our support team here so we can have a support engineer take a closer look at the behavior.
