Storyline 360 - mp4 file within the project -published web project will freeze when attempting to play the mp4.
Different browsers have been attempted, does not resolve issue.

I'm not sure if anyone is still interested in this issue, but I ran into it as well. My issue had to do with the quality of the video published in the project. When the quality of the video published was switched from Adaptive to Static, it worked. Here's the Storyline documentation Storyline 360: Streaming Video - Articulate Support
