I am using SL360 (however my client is using SL3 so I have to stick with that functionality) and the version I am using is V3.26.18601.0. This issue appears when I publish in either SL360 Review or in our LMS (Docebo). We are using Chrome Version 73.0.3683.103.
Here's what the menu looks like when published to SL360 Review. As you can see, after I've clicked Resart (which has a trigger to restart the course), the menu items do not change their colour back to the black. They are still light grey.
