Storyline 360 - When clicking preview, presentation closes
Hello, I cannot seem to preview my slides. I have uploaded a PPT to storyline, it converted the slides to .story. Now I am trying to edit and improve, and when I want to preview, the computer thinks, then goes back to the screen for me to open a file to use in Storyline. Who can advise?

Thank you for taking the time to reach out, and I'd love to help! To help us find the best way forward, could you confirm if this happens to your other Storyline projects? If you can preview other projects, it would be helpful to see the PowerPoint presentation so we can conduct some tests.
