Storyline 360 and Reach - Desktop and Mobile
A learner is reporting that on desktop he has completed modules and the desktop version of Storyline 360 is correctly displaying this. In switching to mobile his progress is not shown. Why? Has anyone else had this issue? How to solve?

If the Storyline 360 course is set to resume where the learner left off, their progress should be saved. Does this occur for multiple learners? Since this only happens when they view the course on their mobile device, they may want to start by reviewing our list of supported browsers for Reach 360 and ensure their browser is up to date.
