Storyline 360 audio volume issue when publishing to video

I am getting the same issue when publishing step mode screen recordings from Storyline - the volume increases as the video progresses.
The audio has been generated with TTS. The audio option "Select the same volume for all audio" is selected and the audio and video quality are set to "high".
