Hi Karen,
Just to clarify, is your Storyline 360 application not creating temporary files inside the "%Appdata%\Articulate\Storyline" folder? If this is the case, there's a chance that the application might be running into permissions issues since you need administrator rights to write to the temporary folder of Windows. Try repairing your Storyline 360 installation to see if this fixes the behavior for you. The steps in the article include lowering the User Account Control (UAC) level so you may need assistance from your IT team to perform the steps if you are not an admin on your machine.
