Storyline 360 Crashes Immediately When Publishing to Video

Hi Steven,

Thanks for getting back to me.

I am a newbie to 360, all of my courses to date were published using  SL3, this is my 1st course in 360.

No error message, just closes down the app completely. I tried again today and same issue.
