Hi Danielle!
It sounds like you've also hit a snag when publishing your Storyline course. Sorry to hear that but I'd be happy to share some troubleshooting steps you may find helpful!
- Try publishing a blank new Storyline project to Review 360. If this fails as well, reaching out to your IT team for help with repairing your Storyline 360 installation would be the next best step.
- Try doing a manual upload of your course to Review 360.
- If the issue is specific to the file you are trying to publish, there's a possibility that the file may have encountered some form of data corruption. If this is the case, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or privately by opening a support case?
