Storyline 360 freezes
When inserting characters storyline has been freezing tried a new file, old file that I know is working, and restarting, all those tricks. Is there a bug?

I'm sorry you've hit this snag with inserting characters in Storyline; I appreciate the troubleshooting you've done so far! I tested this on my end and did not encounter the freezing issue.
We also haven't heard of similar reports. If you're already working on your local drive, try running these steps to fix possible installation issues since it happens on a new Storyline project on your end.
