Storyline 360: Reset to initial state not working on question slides
In my slide properties when in story view, I can reset all slides to initial state when the learner revisits them, but I am unable to reset to initial state on slides that contain multiple choice question slides.
I have 1 attempt selected in the slide settings and my triggers for correct/incorrect and review layers each have an appropriate trigger for which slide/layer they should go to.
Has something changed in storyline or do my triggers need changing or slide settings?

Sorry to hear that your Feedback Layers are not functioning as expected.
It sounds like you may be encountering a Storyline bug that we recently fixed in Update 3.114.36655.0.
- Slide Layers, including Feedback Layers, didn't behave as expected when a Slide was revisited.
Can you confirm that your Storyline installation is running the current version?
If not, you can follow the steps outlined here to perform the update.
Let me know if that does the trick!
I have the most recent software and it appears as though it still isnt working.

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the playback of Question Slides in Storyline.
We are tracking a separate bug, which is different than the one I mentioned in my earlier reply. This bug causes:
- Review Quiz only works once when "Review only incorrect questions" is enabled, and Question Slides are set to "Reset to initial State."
If you're comfortable sharing your affected .story file, we're happy to take a look and confirm if you're being affected by that issue. Do you mind uploading a copy of your project file here in the discussion or privately through a support case?
