Hello - I've experienced this issue again with a reviewer. Are there recommendations? No one on a PC had issues reviewing the course or audio playing. However the Mac user did, they would have to utilize the play button for each slide to hear the audio or utilize player navigation that was dependent on media complete
Hi KarleeNutt! Thanks for reaching out! I’m curious if the reviewer is using Safari, like the previous users mentioned. We’ve seen some browser-specific behavior that can affect how audio auto-plays.
If so, could they try viewing the course in Google Chrome to see if the same issue occurs there?
