Storyline 360 Review Links Auto Reload
Hi,
My teammates and I have faced an issue while reviewing a module or while going through the feedback shared on the review link while doing feedback implementation.
The review links get refreshed or reloaded every few mins and sometimes we even get signed out from our account automatically while reviewing the modules.
Is there any solution for this?

Thanks for reaching out! I understand your team is having difficulty with the Review 360 link reloading and getting automatically signed out of your accounts. I am unable to replicate this behavior on my end. This behavior could be due to internet speeds.
- What browser are you using to view the course? Do you experience this same behavior in a different browser?
- I'm curious if clearing your browser's cache would change this behavior!
- Is this happening with more than one Review link or just this one?
As a first step, please ask your IT team to ensure that the following endpoints are added to your organization's allowlist to fix the behavior:

Hi, we're also experiencing this, and so are our clients. I'd say this started happening 2 or 3 weeks ago. It happens to multiple courses, not just the same one.
You'll be viewing a page in a course, then the course will disappear leaving a blank white screen in the Review platform, then the course will reload back at the start. All pretty annoying if your course navigation is locked down and you have to work through all your screens again to return to the screen you were on.

I'm sorry to hear that you ran into this issue as well. We are currently tracking a known bug that causes Review 360 to refresh randomly when IPv6 is enabled. If you have IPv6 enabled, please open a case with our support team here to connect with a support engineer for further troubleshooting.
