Thanks for reaching out! I understand your team is having difficulty with the Review 360 link reloading and getting automatically signed out of your accounts. I am unable to replicate this behavior on my end. This behavior could be due to internet speeds.
- What browser are you using to view the course? Do you experience this same behavior in a different browser?
- I'm curious if clearing your browser's cache would change this behavior!
- Is this happening with more than one Review link or just this one?
As a first step, please ask your IT team to ensure that the following endpoints are added to your organization's allowlist to fix the behavior:
Articulate 360 Network Endpoints
If the Network Endpoints and your internet speeds are not showing any interruption, please feel free to share a screen recording of this behavior in this thread or privately in a support case.
