Storyline 360 stuck at initializing commands.
I'm about ready to tear my hair out. I've tried everything. If anyone has any tips other than reinstalling, I'm all ears cause Ive done that a few times already.
The app pops up just fine then just disappears. The computer is a Windows 11 HP 64 bit. Please let me know if you need any more information.

Thanks for reaching out! I understand that when trying to start Storyline it disappears midway through the loading process. I'd be happy to work with you to figure out why this is happening! I have a follow-up question regarding the situation so I can understand what you are experiencing a little better.
- Were you able to use Storyline previously and this is now a new occurrence? If so, it's possible a process from the program is still running in the background causing it not to load properly. Follow these steps to see if this is the case.

- Open the Task Manager in Windows.
- Click on the Processes tab. If you can't see the Processes tab, click More Details at the bottom left of the window.
- Check if Storyline is in the list of Background processes.
- If Storyline is in the list, right-click on it and click End task.
- Reopen Storyline.
