Storyline 360 Try Mode - Text field not working

I used Storyline to record a demonstration in one of our systems in Try mode. The click action works, but the text entry does not. When I preview the recording, I click in the field I want to type in but nothing happens when I start typing the information that goes in the field. What am I doing wrong? I am new to Articulate Storyline.
