I noticed you've also opened a support case, being handled by my teammate, Mark. It looks like he just replied to your e-mail, sharing additional feedback on Storyline's compatibility with high resolution monitors.
I also wanted to highlight that we are tracking a feature request to enhance Storyline's support of high resolution displays. I've included your voice in that request!
We'll be sure to notify you if this feature makes it to our product roadmap.
