Storyline 360 variables

Good question! I'm happy to share some insights into it.
I use both PowerPoint and Storyline, and both are useful. But the decision on which to use is based on the output you aim for. You mentioned that your coworkers create PowerPoint presentations that allow users to click on slides and involve animations. Do these slides require users to interact with objects like buttons? If yes, then Storyline is more applicable.
The big difference between the two applications is in the production process and the time it takes to create the interactions. You can also take advantage of Storyline 360 features like triggers and variables to create your interactions. Please check out our user guide to know more.
