Storyline 360 Video Fail in Scorm File to LMS
Hi, all!
I have a Storyline file that was published to Review 360 and added to my Articulate course. When uploading the file to SCORM Cloud and to our LMS (Litmos) everything looks great and the preview looks correct. However, when the Storyline content begins, the content freezes at the first video.
I did some digging and found the following information about Chrome and the compression video settings in Storyline not being compatible. But, through these forums, it looks like this should have been updated in Chrome a couple of years ago (2022).
Any thoughts? My LMS help desk suggested simply changing the name of the zipfile to be shorter . . .

A course freezing on the first slide could indicate possible data corruption and not just an issue with your video. We'll need to test your project file to actually confirm what's happening. Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case for testing? We'll delete it when we're done!- JJaniskoCommunity Member
