Hi Ash,

I'm sorry you are having this issue with your courses not completing SAP SuccessFactors! Since your courses are completed successfully on SCORM Cloud, that leads me to think that this would be an issue with your LMS. Have you reached out to SAP SuccessFactors to get their insight on the issue?

Also, Microsoft Edge is a supported web browser. I would make sure that you have the most current version to rule out any browser issues.
