Storyline audio recording not Playing in Rise

I am having this issue as well and I don't see a solution in this discussion. Was this ever resolved?

Hi PaulaNeuman! I'm happy to help! Are you finding this happens in Rise 360, or is this happening when the course is uploaded to an LMS? It is difficult to troubleshoot this type of issue without seeing the file. Is it possible that you could send your project files to our team? You can do that by submitting a support case and attaching the .story file, and we'll test it in a Rise 360 course!

    Was there a solution? I am having the same issue. The sound from Storyline embedded in Rise works in review but some won't play in the LMS. The other issue is that  after it plays it returns to the start making it hard to "complete the block" before moving forward. Thank you

      Have you tried testing your course in SCORM Cloud? If it works there, the issue's likely LMS-related, and you'll want to get in touch with your LMS contact. If the course won't play correctly in SCORM Cloud, it'd be helpful for us to test your file. You can upload it here or share it privately in a support case, and we'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete!
