Storyline audio recording not Playing in Rise

Hi Jenifer!

Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the audio not playing once in your Rise course. 

  • What browser are you currently using? Do you notice a difference if you switch to another browser? 
  • Are you able to replicate this issue if you delete and add the Storyline block back into your Rise 360 lesson? Feel free to share a screen recording with us. 

We'd be happy to take a closer look at your setup in this thread or privately in a support case.
