Storyline block starting automatically in rise
Is there a way to prevent this other than using a continue button (this is an awkward interruption to my content) or exporting as video file (I need storyline interactions)?

Hi Stephanie!
I understand you'd like to prevent your Storyline block from automatically starting in Rise.
You may create a custom play button in the first slide of your Storyline file, so learners will need to click this button to start the course. You may view the article below for more details on how to do this in Storyline, and more tips on how to set up your Storyline course so it behaves consistently in Rise:

I appreciate that what you do is hard. But I have a course with about six storyline blocks. Most of the storyline blocks I add to Rise DO NOT play automatically. I have two in the course that do. What you're suggesting means I have to go to all the storyline blocks in a course and add a play button. Please fix this to prevent user from having to perform extra work AFTER a course is completed. Perhaps a toggle in Rise that prevents or allows a storyline block to play.
Hello ricks1,
I've responded to your message here! Looking forward to hearing from you.
