Storyline block stuck on 'Processing Course'

I am trying to add a storyline block to a Rise course, and it's stuck on 'Processing Course'. The Storyline file is one slide with a web object pointing to an index.htm for a virtual tour ...
Something similar was happening to me as well. When I changed the video quality from Adaptive to Static when publishing I could then add my SL file to my Rise block.
