I had the same issue and resolved it as follows:
To stop a Storyline block from automatically playing when embedded in Rise 360, you need to adjust the settings within your Storyline project. You could use a Divider block in Rise360 to visually separate Storyline blocks and stop it from playing until the learner clicks that Divider; however, dividers are quite limited as they don’t support much text without wrapping awkwardly, and visually, they’re not ideal for conveying instructions or context.
Storyline settings:
- Open the first slide of your project and add the following trigger: Pause timeline on this slide When: Timeline starts on this slide
- Open up the Storyline Player and change this: Features view > Player Controls > tick the Play/Pause box.
This gives learners the ability to start the content when they’re ready manually.
