I'm sorry for the trouble previewing your Storyline course, and I appreciate the troubleshooting you've already tried! Thanks for also reporting this in a support case and sharing your Storyline file. My colleague, Mark, tested it and could preview the course without issues. He suggested working on your local drive, and if the problem persists, he recommended a series of steps that will allow you to do a clean install of Articulate 360 and Storyline on your machine.
