We’ve made changes to offline viewing since the removal of Flash, which included the discontinuation of the Articulate Mobile Player. With that, there actually isn’t a way to view a course offline on a mobile device.
You can check out the workaround that was shared by this user to see if this works for you.
We have a feature request logged to allow offline playback on mobile devices. I'll let you know when this feature makes it to our feature roadmap.
