Storyline export for language translation
I am having the same issue. Do you mind sharing how you figured out your issue?

Hi Lorraine, I started comparing files that worked with the one that was not working and figured out that company doing the translation messed up the file (data in the translation column in word doc). They have applied formatting from the middle column, and copied some number markers (that shouldn't be in the translation column) plus messed up the row dividers. I ended up copy and pasting manually each line from that file as there was too much to try to fix it.
