Storyline feels... old

With the tight deadlines and level of quality that's expected on my projects, I cannot be dealing with these lag issues and bugs. It is extremely frustrating and I have reported these concerns to management.

    Thanks for following up and sharing the extra feedback! I'm so sorry to hear that alignment and run time issues have been such a pain point for you when authoring in Storyline.

    I didn't see any open support cases for you at the moment, so I went ahead and created one on your behalf. Our support engineers would love to take a closer look at your .story file to see if any adjustments could be made that would help to improve performance.

    They should be reaching out to you shortly with a link you can use to share your project file. We'll be sure to delete it from our system once troubleshooting is complete!
