Storyline file that locks in a quiz
I have a project that a small percentage of users have issues with. It is fine for the vast majority. Once they get to the quiz at the end, the screen won't let them submit an answer- the submit butt...
This problem could be the result of user issues - different browsers, browsers that need to be refreshed or updated to a current version, network and VPN issues, even platform issues. If you have not been able to identify even one or two common factors among the reported problems, you might want to reach out to Articulate and open a case to see if they can replicate it at all.
