Good news! In Storyline 360 (Build 3.85.31840.0), you can now instantly update the formatting of all slide notes in your project.
From here, all you need to do is update Storyline 360 in your Articulate 360 desktop app!

Ah, well the fact that you're using SL3 is a new detail. With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.

I have manually changed the font color on all of the notes. Storyline
really needs a Notes Master so these changes can be made once, not on every
individual slide.Thanks,
