storyline help

I cant seem to figure out HOW to do the following. i have a photo w 4 boxes showing mental illness. I have 4 correspondig ovals that cover these up. I want the learner to click on the ovals to reveal 4 mental illnesses below. How do I do this??????

2. How do I create content for layers and WHERE??? All the examples I've seen are already and uploaded content! How do I create my own content to upload or copy into a layer?????

    1. Add a trigger to each of the ovals that change state of oval_xyz to Hidden when user clicks oval_xyz. Here is some info on triggering states.

    2. You create a layer on a slide, select that layer and then add content, just like you do for a slide.  Here is info on working with layers.
