Storyline is not recognzing the MP4 format

I'm trying to import an MP4 video into storyline and when I select it I get the following error. "Disc2.mp4" does not appear to be a supported video format. Please select a video from one of the...

Hmm...we used Final Cut Pro on ours as well (codec h.264)

Are you having issues with just one video or multiple videos?

    Same codec here.  I tried with a variety of file sizes ranging from 2-10 gb's and no luck.
