I'm also curious to know if Gerry's pro-tip to bring your .WMV into Replay 360 > Publish it as a video file > Then, insert that generated .MP4 into Storyline 360 will help resolve the error for you. Another approach could be to use Handbrake to convert your file – a free video converting tool we like to use: https://handbrake.fr/
