Storyline is not recognzing the MP4 format
I'm trying to import an MP4 video into storyline and when I select it I get the following error.
"Disc2.mp4" does not appear to be a supported video format. Please select a video from one of the...
next test
- copy the mp4 to your windows desktop
- import the mp4 into a new empty .story file
HI, I have edited the video in the mean time in video editor and then finalized. After that it was possible to insert.
Do you have an idea why this worked not with my mp4 file beforehand? My colleague was successful without editing the video in the first place.
