Storyline Master Slide Help
I am creating a new template and set of master slides. I have a white jpg with a brand compliant angle covering part of an image place holder. It looks exactly how I want it to in the master slide however when I go to insert it into the story that that white shape is not there. Can you help?

I understand the Master slide looks correct until you insert it into your .Story file. First, I'd like to confirm I understand the issue. You can right-click a new slide > Select Apply Layout > and choose your layout. Are these the steps you've taken? Is this issue specific to this jpg design or can you recreate it with a different jpg file?
I'd like to take a closer look at your file if you're comfortable sharing it here or privately in a support case. Once troubleshooting is complete, we'll delete it from our systems.
