Storyline not loading in rise

Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag. 

We're currently not tracking any issues with embedded Storyline 360 content in Rise 360, so there's a possibility that the behavior is isolated to your Storyline 360 course, especially if embedded content has previously worked for you. 

With that being said, would you be willing to share a copy of your Storyline 360 *.story project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
