Storyline Player Logo & Screen Reader

I added a logo to my player and have not checked the check box to make it visible to accessibility tools. When I tested the Notes panel with my screen reader (NVDA) it says the following:

"frame    sidebar  region  banner landmark    To get missing image descriptions, open the context menu.  Unlabeled graphic    Menu  tab    Transcript  tab  selected    Search  tab  collapsed"

I thought what would happen is that it would just skip past the logo, but I'm confused about "unlabeled graphic" and the statement "To get missing image descriptions....."
